Oddly mis-sized, cushions impossible to clean

I ordered 4 of these chairs. Three were identical, the fourth was oddly supersized. The same chair, but three or 4 inches higher (and no, it's not the adjustable feet, the actual casting of the chair is larger.) Perhaps and older/ newer version? Very strange. After reading the reviews citing lousy customer service/ support I decided it wasn't worth the hassle of returning it, so I have one mismatched chair, for tall guests, I suppose.
After a few weeks of use, a new issue surfaced: the cushions are impossible to clean. Stains sink into the fabric quickly and cannot be removed. I have tried everything. Replacement cushions are $50 each?! No thanks. I wouldn't buy these
cushions again for $10. Truly the worst cushions ever. |

| Got these in today, couldn't believe how quick they got here and they looked great! Good color, style and deep cushions. Then I used them for the first time tonight and realize the arm is broken! Where the curve of the arm meets the frame. So disappointing! I did not notice it unpacking them so be careful and inspect them closely if you take a chance on ordering. |
Forgot about any warranty on these products!

We bought eight (8) of these chairs and 3 arrived with abrasions on the arms. They looked as if they were scuffed then repainted without a quality job. Yes, they were re-wrapped over the repair job, so it wasn't damage during shipping.
The damage/repair is very noticable. We tried calling several weeks ago for a warranty exchange and Amazon told us that they had no replacements in stock! They told us to "call back later". Now we have tried to call each day and no one ever answers or returns our call to discuss warranty. So basically, you buy these at your own risk since you will NEVER get a replacement or warranty coverage as promised. Is it worth it based on the price, or should you buy local and make sure you get don't get a "2nd" rate product? You decide. As for me, I wish I would have paid a little more locally and got what I wanted. Now I'm stuck with no recourse or way to get Amazon to make it right! I've been a long time Amazon Prime customer and this is the worst experience ever! |

The chairs are a little high with the cushions and the matching table/fire pit a bit lower than I had expected, but otherwise fine. There is no support from the manufacturer. They do not answer the phone or emails as they instruct you to do. The chair I ordered had a foot pad height adjustment screw missing and I cannot get a replacement for it.

| These were easy to assemble. They are very light, making them easy to move. The cushions were thicker than I expected, and very comfortable. The feet are of adjustable height, which is welcome on our slightly uneven patio. The frames are a dark speckled brown, which is hard to see from the picture on the website, but which went well with our adobe-colored house. After half a year, the frames are holding up fine outside. We do take the cushions in when we're not using them, to keep them dry, so I'm not sure how those would hold up if they were left outside all the time. |

| Do not buy. While the chairs look good enough, the leg broke off one within weeks, revealing how thin and flimsy the hollow aluminum tube is. |

| Bought for my small patio space behind my townhome- the cushions are very thick and the design looks similar to more expensive models in Frontgate. I paired with the side table with wine bucket which is also very attractive. I highly recommend this product. |

| Received with one of the boxes munched and taped. Great surprise, the chairs were in excellent shape. Good internal packaging. The thick cushons are first class and very confortable. I bought six chairs and the matching table. Could'nt be happier. I replaced a teak set that was changing color and too high maintance. These customer reviews were helpful in my purchasing decision. If these fit your needs, you will be happy with them. |
